On Thursday the 8th June 2023 room 6 were invited to go to a training session in Richmond Park, home of St. Patrick's Athletic Football Club, with Niall the U19 coach.
We started by walking from the school to Richmond Park, which took around 25 minutes. On the way we walked next to the canal and saw some wonderful wildlife.
In Richmond Park when we first got to the area where the park was we got lost (took the wrong turn) but then we found the stadium. First when we got their everyone rushed for seats!!!!
We waited a few minutes then played some football. We all got separated into 2 teams.
We played some football and then had a snack i couldn't get over how ginormous the astro\field was! We did some free kicks which was fun.
We started to walk back to the school and it was the same as the way up. We were very tired when we got back to school but we had lots of fun!
