Room 5 had a wonderful day visiting Cathal Brugha Barracks in Rathmines. We are learning about WW1 at the moment and we loves seeing what it is like to be a real soldier. We learned about Michael Collins, Cathal Brugha and the history of the Barracks. We got to see lots of different buildings in the Barracks including the gym where the soldiers work out.
