This week we explored and experimented with paper. What exactly can you do with paper? Well the group figured out.... you can rip it, twist it, cut it, scrunch it, roll it, fold it and do so much more. The class spent some time experimenting with paper and its form. They then began to create a piece, abstract or a scene. White paper, a glue stick and scissors were the only materials needed. Some pupils decided to work collaboratively and created a piece together. The artists were introduced to one colour and added it into their creations. At the end of the session every pupil presented their artwork and talked through what they had created and how they felt about working with paper. Excited for another two weeks of fun and creativity! A full class of artists enjoying their time after school!
